THE SOLUTION FOR THE INSPECTION OF TRAY CARRYING SYRINGES, BOTTLES, VIALS AND AMPOULES IN THERMOFORMING PACKAGING

The combination of vision sensors and software modules, specifically designed for this application, allows the following controls and analysis:

• Product completeness
• Product Integrity and accuracy (with individual controls depending on the product types)
• Presence of label or serigraphy
• Colored ring verification on ampoules
• Correct positioning and color of stopper, cap and flip-off
• Syringe needle inspection

PIC is a configurable system based on one or more cameras with both low or hi resolution and in B/W or Color, depending on the specific product layout. The system is fully compatible with the Antares Vision network architecture.

PIC can be integrated in all classic inspections along the line, such as PQC (Barcode Reader and OCV/OCR) on leaflets, cartons and labels, and/or Box Checking for correct case packing verification, and can also be integrated with the Antares Tracking System for production traceability.
