Emidio Zorzella

Bresciano, not just by birth but also by character. His human and entrepreneurial history stems from a desire for freedom: freedom to choose, to experiment, and a great willingness to put himself on the line for the company. A blend of recklessness and seriousness, innovation spirit and trust in people, that goes hand in hand with a care for details and sense of responsibility, towards himself and towards others, a central value transmitted by his parents. He blends a deep connection to his roots in the region with an entrepreneurial spirit, which he did not inherit from his family but built up day after day and shared with his friend Massimo, with whom he created Antares Vision.

A friendship born in university classrooms that still continues to this day, through work meetings and demanding challenges, taken on with the playfulness of someone who is lucky enough to do a job that is first and foremost, passion and fun. Emidio’s passion for opto-electronics is matched by his passion for music. He plays the keyboards with a large group of a colleagues, with whom he has formed several bands that rehearse in the evening in the company’s rehearsal rooms.

Massimo Bonardi

He was born in Iseo, on the lake with the same name, and grew up in Monte Isola, where he still lives. From his family, he has inherited concreteness and work ethics, combined with upward mobility that partly explains his human and entrepreneurial history. Unlike Emidio he is more instinctive, he loves a challenge and when he sets himself a goal, he throws himself wholeheartedly into it until he achieves it.

This is a feature of his temperament that he also shows in his great passion for sport: running, cycling, swimming, which he pursues in his free time and he has influenced with it many of the people who work with him, setting up amateur groups tackling the various sports. When he talks about work the word he uses most often is play, not to be understood as superficiality but as the will not to take oneself too seriously, experiencing work as healthy competition, where team building is more important than grand standing.
