During the event, all the solutions that are part of the Group's technological ecosystem will be presented:

Inspection for quality control

Thanks to the expertise of FT System, and Pen-tec, which specialized in inspection controls and present in the Food and Beverage market for over twenty years - Antares Vision Group - Food, is offering a unique multi-technological portfolio on the market that led to the All-In-One series, revolutionary because in a single machine it brings together several technologies dedicated to inspection in the Food sector, confirming the commitment as a technological partner of excellence in quality control, able to meet the requests from all stakeholders in the supply chain.

All-in-One:

  • a single solution for the inspection of microholes, X-ray control and weight control;
  • a single solution for the inspection of microholes, welding control, and label control.

IE 4000 for the inspection of micro-holes with 360 ° reconstruction of the label (sauce, jams, ketchup, mayonnaise)

End-to-end traceability for Food, from the raw material to the end-user

Thanks to the expertise in track and trace,  it will be presented a dedicated traceability platform for Food [demo software at the booth], enabling data collection from raw materials [from the field directly], a single digital identity, and monitoring along the supply chain up to the end-user.

The collection and interconnection of data (quality, traceability, IOT devices, and data of each step of the supply chain) contribute to the construction of a transparent and complete supply chain of information, offering the end-user the opportunity to know and verify the integrity and history of each product. Furthermore, through the creation of digital identities, even for each product it is possible to offer a unique experience and an open dialogue with the end-user, based on transparency that generates trust: the Trustparency® promise.

Digital Factory, production efficiency, maintenance optimization, supplier analysis, through the data collection [ from production, quality control, traceability, existing management solutions] it is possible to monitor efficiency, optimizing and correlating analyzes and statistics also through artificial intelligence.

The opportunity is important to position ourselves as a preferred partner and single point of contact for all interlocutors in the Food supply chain, in the field of inspection and quality control, strengthened by expertise and a unique multi-technological portfolio on the market, but also as a partner technology for digital transformation of supply chains, thanks to our experience and synergies within our Group.
