Antares Vision performs in-line inspection to prevent cross-contamination and detect product defects during the phase of containers filling.
It comes with a stand-alone, easy to fit, integrated module containing two high resolution colour cameras and a lighting system optimized to minimize reflections from the inox channels, thus allowing highest efficiency in defect detection.

Input-Output signals allow to command rejects of non-conforming products as well as synchronizing with machine cycles (start/stop/suspend production, etc.).
This solution can be integrated into the Antares Vision architecture and may therefore be integrated with all traditional line controls such as tray inspection, all the Universal Packaging Inspector suite, as well as all the Track and Trace systems. The highest reliability is ensured by image processing performed with real time-embedded technology and by the total absence of critical components such as hard disks.

AV Container Inspection is often employed in the manufacturing of primary packaging materials to ensure the constant quality of production. It verifies the printing accuracy of the outer surface, as well as the perfect shape and dimensions of the container (rim, body, base), and the cleanliness of the inner surface. To support precision operations on labelling machines, Antares Vision solutions provide dedicated solutions as visual inspection kits that can be installed on any new or existing equipment. The AV Label Checker is Antares Vision system for labels inspection, flat or applied on front/back or all-around containers, with inline check of integrity, print and position. It is designed to operate in single camera or multi-camera mode: according to the container transport system, it allows to compose the image from one or more viewpoints without the need to insert extra components in the inner part of the carousel.
FEATURES
The AV Label Checker provides maximum accuracy thanks to high resolution cameras in a fixed position which generate a single image on which the system can analyze and detect any cosmetic fault of the label or of the application. The AV Label Checker is also easy to use as it does not require any setup by the operator, being based on self-learning algorithms; operation is managed through pre-set recipes, to guarantee reproducible and reliable inspection performance.
