To support precision operations on labelling machines, Antares Vision solutions provide dedicated solutions as visual inspection kits that can be installed on any new or existing equipment. The AV Label Checker is Antares Vision system for labels inspection, flat or applied on front/back or all-around bottles, with inline check of integrity, print and position. It is designed to operate in single camera or multi-camera mode: according to the bottles transport system, it allows to compose the image from one or more viewpoints without the need to insert extra components in the inner part of the carousel.
FEATURES
The AV Label Checker provides maximum accuracy thanks to high resolution cameras in a fixed position which generate a single image on which the system can analyze and detect any cosmetic fault of the label or of the application. The AV Label Checker is also easy to use as it does not require any setup by the operator, being based on self-learning algorithms; operation is managed through pre-set recipes, to guarantee reproducible and reliable inspection performance.

- Accuracy rate is less than 0.5 mm2
- The system can detect the presence and readability of specific critical areas of the label such as barcode, datamatrix, QR code
