AV VALIDA is the Antares Vision solution for verification & decommissioning and represents one step ahead in the comprehensive portfolio in medical device traceability. Our turnkey solution is designed to equip manufacturers, parallel importers, wholesalers, distributors, repackagers, hospitals and pharmacies with a totally modular, scalable and customizable tool to easily communicate with the NMVO to verify, decommission or re-commission the products on their physical possession. It is available as a web-app for any mobile device or desktop station.

We are linking the solution with semi-automatic and fully automatic systems, making AV VALIDA the most complete solution available on the market.

AV VALIDA SOFTWARE SOLUTION:

Our software module, which is available on a multiple operator work mode, has the following main functions:

Verify; decommission; unpack; count down «left to scan»; detect human error.

It is composed by NMVO connection, an external access integration API and a 2d code reader (hand-held & automatic). It is smart and easy to use as no training is required and it also provides verification & decommissioning reports, audit trails, new serial batch reconciliation and allows group management.

AV VALIDA HARDWARE SOLUTION:

Antares Vision provides three turnkey technologies, based on different workloads:

  • Desktop Station, up to 2500 cartons/hours. 3 main functions: verify, decommission and recommission. The cheapest one, characterized by a wrong item instant notification, this solution is very flexible and easy to use.
  • Multi-barcode Scanning, up to 3600 cartons/scanning. The three main functions are: verify, decommission and recommission. It is equipped with a bundle scanning and an instant notification for wrong items also at high throughput.
  • Automatic multi-barcode Scanning, up to 7000 cartons/hour. With three main functions: to verify, decommission and recommission. It is equipped with an integrated reject system and a wrong item instant notification; it can check up to 300 pcs/min.

With just a smartphone, Track My Way can scan the unique code and allow producers to tell the story of their products thanks to the data share from all players in the supply chain. It is an effective tool to manage recalls, as it provides details related to each single unit, thus reducing economic impact. All stakeholders can access different types of selected information and interactions are recorded and analyzed from the system in order to discover how each specific single unit travels throughout its lifecycle up until recycling.
